CAREER HISTORY:

 

1994—Present:  Clayton Engineering Company, St. Louis, Missouri

 

Mr. Quigley was elected as Vice President of Operations in 2005 and to the Board of Directors in 2003.

 

As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Quigley is responsible for design and administrative management of commercial and industrial development projects.  Project related services include rezonings; negotiations with major tenants; coordination of site-related consultants such as traffic, landscaping, and geotechnical; and construction bidding.  Projects frequently involve the design of site grades, paving, road improvements,  sanitary and stormwater sewer design,  and offsite utility extensions.

 

1989—1994:  City of St. Peters, Missouri

 

As an Engineering Technician, Mr. Quigley was responsible for the design and preparation of public works projects, inspection of both private and public works construction and acted as a liaison between residents and contractors during construction projects.

 

1988—1989:  QuikTrip Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri

 

As a Development Engineer, Mr. Quigley directed the preparation of plans, obtained permits and directed consultants for projects in Missouri and Iowa.  He assisted the firm’s construction department with bidding and inspection during construction.

 

1986—1988:  Clayton Engineering Company, St. Louis, Missouri

 

Mr. Quigley performed design and project management duties for small commercial projects including rezonings. preparation of plans, permitting, bidding and construction assistance.

 

1983—1985:  Rax Restaurants, Inc., St. Louis, Missouri

 

As a Site Planner, Mr. Quigley, prepared plans and assisted in obtaining permits for new and remodel projects.  He directed consultants and assisted in obtaining bids.

 

1978—1983:  Kosenchick & Associates, Columbus, Ohio

 

As a Draftsman, Mr. Quigley prepared plans for various development projects and assisted in preparation of feasibility studies and site analysis.
