CAREER HISTORY:

 

2005—Present    Clayton Engineering Company, St. Louis, Missouri

            

As a project engineer, Mr. Staley manages all aspects of a variety of projects. Responsibilities include hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and design including computer modeling of rivers and streams, detention basins, culverts, channels, and commercial site floodplain recovery and permitting. Mr. Staley provides analysis and design for all aspects of commercial, industrial, and residential subdivisions including site grading, sanitary systems, storm sewers, water mains and road improvements.

            

Mr. Staley also provides coordination between contractors, utilities, and local, state and Federal agencies, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Missouri Department of Transportation, the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, AmerenUE, Laclede Gas, Missouri American Water Co., Missouri Department of Natural Resources, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis County, Monarch-Chesterfield Levee District, Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, and various cities in and around the St. Louis metropolitan area.

 

2004—2005       Project Design Consultants, Phoenix, Arizona

 

As an assistant project manager, Mr. Staley performed engineering services on both public and private projects throughout the western United States, most notably in the fields of commercial and private land development planning and design. Mr. Staley provided analysis and design for all aspects of commercial and residential subdivisions including site grading and drainage, hydrology, channelization, lift/pump stations, sanitary systems, water mains, and road improvements.

 

2000—2004       A-N West, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona

 

As a civil designer, Mr. Staley performed engineering services on both public and private projects throughout the State of Arizona, most notably in the fields of community development, water resources development, transportation, and flood control.
