CAREER HISTORY:
2000—Present Clayton Engineering Company, St. Louis, Missouri
As Project Manager, Mr. Velloff is responsible for design and management of public works, commercial and industrial development projects. Projects involve site layout and grading, street improvements, sanitary and stormwater sewer design, and stormwater detention analysis.
1993—2000 Kerr Conrad Graham Associates, Overland Park, Kansas
As Project Manager, Mr. Velloff designed site development, including site layout, grading, and utility plans. In addition, he designed municipal projects, including street and storm, water distribution, and sanitary sewers. He performed hydrology and hydraulic models for storm water detention facilities and storm sewer systems.
1991—1992 Illinois Department of Transportation, Collinsville, Illinois
As a Civil Engineering Technician, Mr. Velloff performed engineering layout and inspection of roads and tested concrete mixes and materials in the field and the laboratory for compliance with project specifications.
