1991 to PRESENT: Project Manager for all types of surveying, including construction, topographic, property boundary retracement surveys and over the last 3 years specializing in ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.
1984—1991: Senior Party Chief, Clayton Engineering Company, St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Hoover has over 18 years experience in all types of surveying, including hydrographic, topographic, planimetric, cadastral, construction and retracement surveys. He is experienced in the use of our more sophisticated instruments, including advanced theodolites, electronic total stations and global positioning systems.
He was also the party chief for a portion of the Metro-Link light rail surveys in the City of St. Louis in 1989.
