As Project Manager, Mr. Schaeffler is responsible for design and management of residential and commercial development projects. Project related services include rezonings, coordination of site-related consultants and construction bidding. Projects typically involve the design of site grades, paving, road improvements, sanitary and stormwater sewer design, stormwater detention facilities and offsite utility extensions. Recent projects include Mallard’s Landing Apartments in O’Fallon, MO, Telemark VI Office/Warehouse in Fenton, MO and Two Fairfield Inns and Two Towne Place Suites all by Marriott in the St. Louis Area. Single Family residential sites include Castle Gate Villas, Oakwood Trails, Saddleridge and Saddleridge Estates.
