With over 25 years of experience in this area, we have the design skills, industry and government contacts, client service orientation to expedite retail development projects.
Retail developments require specialized care. With hundreds of developments completed, we have vast experience and excellent working relationships with government agencies. This is especially critical in the St. Louis metropolitan area which includes so many different municipalities and agencies.
We understand the urgency of opening new facilities and reopening rehabilitated facilities. This understanding has offered us the opportunity to do not only rezoning and site development, but overall project coordination with all disciplines. In addition to design, we are the local contact for many national clients for such tasks as building permit applications, health department approvals, etc., that are required for these fast pace, complex projects. |
